    hours conversion i would do it by VBA: on a button click or any other event's sub procedure i would use MOD and / to get the quotient and remainder of the hours ... i dont perfectly understand what you are actuall lookin for but i just thought of this silly way : convert the field in the table...

    Dear members, i want my fields to have colors ... when i apply colors to the fields it works but as soon as i click refresh, the fields get white again ... does anybody know how to let the color settings be fixed and how to change em when required ... Thanks walker

    pivot refresh what i have found and i believe is that Access pivot table uses OLE to only connect to Excel and the refresh event is in Excel and not in access ... i havent found but am tryin to find a way to control refresh event of excel from access or a way to automatically generate it ...

    you have two ways: 1> use many subforms on the same form and make their source as these piviot forms u have made 2> use tab control and on seperate pages use seperate subforms and this way ur data si gonna be more organised thanks walker

    pivot refresh pivot table just links to Excel through OLE and the refresh event doesnt occur in Access but in Excel ... this is based on help browsing i did on access97 ... i am tryin to find some other wayu but i believe that has to be in excel to do that automatically ... walker

    There is a Pages Collection which has Page as the Object ... and then you can specify the number of the page you actually wanna see ... its same concept as Forms Collection ...
