No one other than the Palestinian people can rightfully claim it. The Palestinian State has been recognized by 78% Countries of the World. There's going to be grave consequences for Israel's genocide and conquering Palestinian land.

There is no such country as Palestine and there never has been so what, exactly, did 78% of Countries recognize? The British awarded Gaza to the Arabs when it split up the Palestine Mandate as it left in 1948. But Egypt took Gaza away from the "Palestinians" and so the country never formed. Why don't you blame this whole mess on Egypt for stealing Gaza and Jordan for stealing Samaria and Judea? Why is this the fault of the Jews? The provinces are now back in the country of Israel due to the 6-day war and Israel is not giving them up so exactly where is the country of "Palestine"? Maybe Egypt would care to donate some of the Sinai. While you're stealing land from sovereign countries, why not steal Crimea from Russia and give it back to Ukraine? I know, let's give the "Palestinians" California We'll see how all those bleeding heart liberals like living under Sharia law.

The Jews occupied the territory long before 1948. The bible talks about them occupying the area thousands of years ago. Why does their claim not have priority? Or their current claim since they won the territory fair and square when they beat the six Arab countries that invaded Israel in 1967? The victors in wars simply do not give back the occupied territory unless they want to which is why 20 years after the war, Israel gave the Sinai back to Egypt. This is doubly true when the victor is the aggrieved party. Israel didn't start that war but they sure finished it.

If you knew anything about history, you would know that when the British were trying to decide how to divvy up the Palestine Mandate, the Arabs refused ALL solutions and the Jews accepted all of them that gave them any territory at all. The Muslim position was even then - "from the river to the sea" - they refused to give the Jews a square centimeter of land. Therefore, when the British actually left, the Jews were ready to form their country and get admitted to the UN while the Arabs were assuming that public opinion would hand them the whole enchilada and they were totally unprepared to enter the body of the nations of the world. So, the next day, Egypt and Jordan along with several other neighboring countries invaded Israel. They were repelled but they took the three provinces that were supposed to comprise "Palestine" so Palestine never existed. The other Muslim countries took care of that.

As long as Hamas is NOT held to be accountable for their actions, but instead continues to attack Israel, i.e. as long as a declared war exists, the idea of accountability becomes hard to determine.

An overwhelming majority of the World's countries recognize the Palestinian people, want them to have a Sovereign State, and condemn Israel's actions.

Which explains why Israel continues to (correctly) claim an Anti-Semitism climate. SCREW the majority of the World's countries if they don't recognize a form of ethnic discrimination that has been declared illegal in other cases where it was seen.

• When is the UN going to be held accountable for not disarming Hamas and Hezbollah? By not disarming these terrorist organizations, the UN (through its inaction) is supporting antisemitic terrorist attacks on Israel.
• The Palestinian cause is a fiction created by unfortunate but very effective propaganda. The useful idiots supporting the Palestinian cause do not show any empathy for the Kurds, Uyghurs, Tibetans, Druze, Alawites, and now Ukrainians. Where are your tears for them? Where are the mass protests calling for their humanitarian rights? Why the concern for a so-called Palestinian "state" when the world ignores the well deserved creation of a Kurdish state? What about demands that China withdraw from Tibet?
• None of the Arab countries appear interested in saving the Palestinians by absorbing them into their countries. Evidently, the Arab countries find it useful to use the Palestinians as sacrificial pawns. PS: Jordan expelled many Palestinians because they were a destabilizing influence. Unfortunately that expulsion led to the destruction of Lebanon and the creation of Hezbollah. The Palestinians do not have a good record.

When is the UN going to be held accountable for not disarming Hamas and Hezbollah? By not disarming these terrorist organizations, the UN (through its inaction) is supporting antisemitic terrorist attacks on Israel.

Not only are they supporting terrorists, they are actively supporting the illegal immigration into the US and European countries to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars annually so they are actively trying to destabilize Europe and the US. Talk about the enemy within.

Jordan is not the only country which has expelled its population of "Palestinians". Egypt and Kuwait have also. NONE of Gaza's Muslim neighbors is willing to accept any "Palestinian" refugees. Ask yourself why.

Anyone judging Israel's actions by what the rest of the world thinks, I have to concede here, and do remember, that :: a large portion of the rest of the world has been infected by Islam to such a degree even in leadership and legislator roles that that influences them - and waters down just how important I think the 'rest of the world's opinion' actually is.

Unfortunately, just like Islam has infected the world, Hamas has infected Palestine, so even though I am in favor of a 2-state solution, it's hard to imagine how the leadership would emerge. Everyone would have their own opinions over whether so-and-so is really a secret Hamas supporter or not. Obviously we wouldn't let Hamas be the governing body, but those are just words - figuring out who IS Hamas would be no small task. I've heard from people who think Hamas is just a tiny % of the population, and I've heard from people who seem to think everyone in Palestine is "Hamas", both are wrong, and the truth may be elusive
