I'm working on a user's database that needs some cleaning up; however, when I go into the "View" menu, the option to use the Toolbar is greyed out and I therefore can't utilize the Toolbar. What do I have to do in order to have use of the Toolbar? Thanks in advance.

How might I go about taking the values fo certain fields in a previous record and place them in the same fields of the current record, using either a query or VBA? I've seen something about being able to utilize previous record data but for the life of me I can't remember where I saw it...

supercharge, Thanks for replying, but I don't think that would help for what I want. Yes, I could link all .mdb's, but then I would still need indiviual queries for each table, since all the names would be different. So, the results would be the same as running the job once for each .mdb...

I have about 125 .mdb's I want to go through, and in each one, select a table and run a "find duplicates" query, creating a table of duplicate record info for research into why there are duplicates.. I am aware I can manually do this within each .mdb, but would be happy to be able to automate...

In Access, you can create and or obtain a table relationship diagram. Is there something similar in Oracle? And if there is, how do you create relationships? Or better yet, how do you produce a relationship diagram?
