Access 97 version, rather than 2000 or higher. Looking at your attachment, it looks as though it is higher, so could you convert it down to 97?

Which version of Access are you using? Most people on here (and myself) use Access 97, so if it's 2k or higher, please convert it to 97. Then zip it, and when you reply to the post, go to the Attach File bit, and you can add it there. It will be a copy, so you can carry on using your version...
