One method would be to create a custom form to enter your criteria rather than use the standard input boxes and use a combobox based on a query to select your criteria. I probably have an example somewhere. I will try and dig it out.

You are right dcx693. If I log on the the client pc everything works fine. I have administrator privileges where as the client doesn't. I don't understand though why they can create a folder through explorer but not through code. Does anyone know of a get around for this??
