You can use the snapshot viewer. The snapshot viewer takes a pictrue of your report and you can send it as an email and they don't have to have access :)

Why don't you make a query out of your table and put the same calculations in the query and call the query in your report or form. You don't even need to update your table because you have your query! :)

For reports is the same thing again. You have to go to the desgin of the report and look at the query behind the report. You have to remember that when you make your report or form from the wizard and wizard asks you from what table or query, that means that your report and forms are coming...

Go to the design of your form and look at the query behind the form, then find the field that you are looking for and double click on it to add the to the rest of the fields.

In your crosstab, did you set up your column heading?

Do you thing the word UPDATE at the begining of your query has something to do with it! Anyway, if you want to merge the two tables use Union query :)

Go to the design of your crosstab query and right click in the gray area and look at the properties of your query. The second option is Column Headings. That is where you want to set them up. you can go to help and find out about the column headings in crosstab too.
