    What is commen between your tables? You should be able to link the tables in your query and making sure the joint properties are set correctly. Then grouping your data. Since I don't have your database in front of me, I can't really see the problem. I am just gussing!

    Why don't you make a query out of your table and put the same calculations in the query and call the query in your report or form. You don't even need to update your table because you have your query! :)

    Go to the design of your crosstab query and right click in the gray area and look at the properties of your query. The second option is Column Headings. That is where you want to set them up. you can go to help and find out about the column headings in crosstab too.
