Hate to state the obvious but if you haven't closed the db have you tried edit--undelete table?

Open the form in design. Go to the data tab in the forms properties and change 'data entry' to yes. When you type data into the form and hit enter it saves to your table and clears the form.

Do I understand from this that you have no access to the mdw? Have you moved the db off the network on which it originally resided without moving the .mdw with it?

We use a credit note system. This means that the origonal order information is untouched and the information on returns/refunds etc can be recorded seperatly and used to update accounts etc.
