You need 100 posts. We had spammers hacking old accounts and dropping links and many of those users had 30 - 100 posts.

There is an addon for this but it costs $45.

Here is the admin section that blocks certain phrases. No facilities to whitelist anything. What you see is just part of the phrases targeted.
