How to view/amend Lookup Values in Access 2016

Hi, I have lookup fields in my tables and each lookup option has a number assigned to it (e.g. No = 0, Yes = 1 Not Sure = 2). How can I view/amend the number assigned to each lookup option in my table? When I click Modify Lookups, I can only see the text value and not the number that is...

Chart Error: Expression is typed incorrectly, or is too complex to be evaluated

This is a very unhelpful reply. If I knew how to simplify the expressions by assigning parts of the expression to variables, I would have tried that. I am a beginner with Access, hence why I am here asking for help.

    Excel PivotCharts in Access

Hi, I am trying to create a PivotChart in Excel using data from my Access database as an external data source. I will then link this PivotChart back to my Access database. However, when I try to create the connection to the Access database in Excel, I am only able to select tables as the data...

    Table relationships after splitting

Thank you both for your reply - the screenshot I posted is what I see on the back-end, and I do only have one back-end file. I created my relationships in my database before splitting, and then split the database once, using the database splitter wizard. I am unsure why I am seeing relationships...

    Table relationships after splitting

Hi, I have recently split my Access database and am now finding that the relationships in the backend aren't showing as they did before I split the database. 255 Column Limit

Hi all, apologies for any confusion I have caused by not being clear on this. I am still getting my head around a lot of it myself (and learning a lot!) and in doing so may have misunderstood/missed key information. GaP42, you’re right – this database will not have a front end to support data...

    255 Column Limit

Thank you @Gasman and @MajP. The detailed explanation here is very helpful and makes a lot of sense. In the case with my data, each measure has more than one value (with some having up to 50 values!). If I give an example of three measures used: 1. RCADS: This is a 47-item self-reported...
