Can't open the DB. I use 2007 version.

The dialog box don't ask for a FE. It ask for the BE. So... lets try to explain better: How the DB work now: Open a FE (any of them = 3 possibilities) IF this FE do NOT point to a BE THEN the "z_CheckLinkToBackEnd" form is displayed ELSE the first form in logic tree is displayed End IFIn...

Not sure if a new thread is required here, because I have a new issue: If I make .accde files I'm not able to relink the FEs (all 3 from a single one as I do with .accdb files). Have you any solution ? Thank you !

Maybe if you post the DB someone will help you to save it in a newer format. Note that we don't need the data from DB. Just the DB. Can you save the actual DB (without the new form) in 2010 format ? Or, at least, in 2007 format ?

Seems that your DB is saved in an older format (perhaps older than 2003). Save the DB in 2010 format and see what is happen.

While we don't know the structure of your DB is hard to provide advices. My guess, based on your description, is to design a query that select ALL the information from ALL 3 tables. About how to loop through a recordset, read this...

Thank you JHB Look: After I established first time the link between BE and FEs (by using the error handler provided by you) I closed the FE (Calcul), I renamed the BE and I used other FE (Definire) in order to (re)link the FEs to this "new" BE. Note please that the FE named "Definire" don't...

Bad design of DB. For sure you don't need 4 tables, one for each failure mode. You need a table with failure names. One for failure modes ... and one more (so named "bridge table") with 2 fields: ID_FailureName ID_Failure mode
