Can I have a custom icon on my custom right click context menu

on how to make right click menus. I was thinking of adding this but as I would be linking the item to a macro I was wondering how to give it a different icon.
I am also wondering if i can change the name on the fly as well.
Is there an object for this in the Access / Office model which I can look at?
Any Ideas?
