My company is upgrading from Office 2003 to 2010 in a couple weeks. I have several Access databases in use being shared on our network. I have forms, reports, querys, macros, VBA code and a lot of time spent making them user friendly. Are we going to have any problems running the 2003 files in 2010?

You should have been testing them way before this. Get it installed on a machine and TEST, TEST, TEST. You won't know for sure until you do and I guarantee you will most likely run into SOMETHING.
We just underwent a 2003 to 2007 upgrade and, even leaving the files in mdb format, I had to write custom ribbons, fix some code, etc.
