Hey,

I am using Excel 2007 or 2010. I am currently using the indirect function in Define Names to accomplish dropdown 2 to populate a separate list of items based on what is chosen in dropdown 1. Is it possible to have a 3rd dropdown to populate a separate list of items based on the same selection in dropdown 1? Here is a example of the data and what I'm trying to do.

Dropdown 1 examples
Mens
Womens

Dropdown 2
Will populate dropdown list depending on what is selected in Dropdown 1

Examples

Mens
Golf Shirt
Muscle Shirt

Womens
Dress
Skirt
etc

Dropdown 3
Another dropdown list depending on what is selected in Dropdown 1

Mens
Size Large
Size Medium

Womens
Petitie
Small

Hope this makes sense. I tried searching but I'm having a hard time finding a solution. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks
Gregg

This shows the step by step process.
I always try to used Named cells (or Named Ranges) - it makes code so much easier to read.
I assume you have the dropdown list associated with a named range?
If you haven't done this before, take your time and look up the key words.
It is a fairly straight forward process once you get it down.

Thanks! That helped a lot.
