Access 97: I need to have a button in a form that, when clicked, will save a designated report as a .pdf and then take that file and put it into a Novell GroupWise note...

If sending a .pdf from Access 97 is hopeless, is it possible to publish a SnapShot report on a company intranet (that everyone can view even if they don't have a copy of snapshot)?

I am not sure about PDF but you could use this:

    DoCmd.OutputTo acReport, "ReportName", "SnapshotFormat(*.snp)", _
        "c:\MyReport", False

However everyone will need snapshot viewer to see it. But you can also put the installation file on your network. It is pretty small and installs very fast.

Thanks for the reply, but snapshot is not an option...I'm open to any more suggestions.
