Sorted another out this afternoon. Now this office had the problem a while ago and the only way I got round it was to reinstall his Access 2003 run-time. I guess what happened was the Office SP3 was not applied to this new install until the next time they had an update.
Now tell me is it the done thing to post the answer to this in the first posting of this thread to help others without having to read through all of this?
