A 2013 conditional formatting

A 2013 I have a new field on my form that I want to use the same color on conditional formatting on the back ground, but I can find the RGB numbers of the other fields. Anybody know how I can get the same color?

It's not an Access solution, but it will work....
An http://www.iconico.com/colorpic/ you can find a tool which gives you the actual color on your screen.....

Thanks for answering. I tried to download
iconico but my virus detector doesn't like it and I am afraid to over ride it.

Anybody else have an idea?
