okey...i'm doing one assignment of access... the objective is to do a database of a Rugby club
THey ask me this:
Each time you do a new season, this will originate the registering the athletes (should i do a subform???) doing a register if they have the insurance payed or not...This insurance is payed by the club in case the athlete doesnt have is own insurance( it should exist a register in the tabel of Insurances). There has to be a yes or no check box to keep the information of payed or not.
It asks me to build a form that allows to introduce a season and that it shows up in a subform the athletes registered in that season.
There is a suggestion:
Do a choice of season through a combo box.
can someone help me out in doing this???
From what i can understand i have to do a form for the seasons Table...and a subform for the athletes table....and each time a do a new season i'll have to register all the athletes... and they are supposed to show up in the subform.
Now... first question... after i've done the form....should i do a button that add a new record to the seasons table? (is there away to do a button that after adding a record will lead us directly to the athletes form?)
