Aaaarrrrgh Printing Report

Hi There.

I have created a simple database to create purchase orders. I have a preview report and print report button on my form.

When I go to preview the current record as a report (purchase order) it shows all the records I have inputted which is ok as I can just go to the last one but the report just keeps the pages going, it doesn't put the header on.

So the first record is perfect then each subsequent record shows as page 2 of 3, page 3 of 3 etc and doesn't include the header on each page.

I just want to be able to view and print the current record with the header as page 1 of 1.

Sorry, I don't think I have made much sense. Can anyone help.

Is your header in the report header ? if it is it will only appear once at the beginning of the report. If you put your header detail in the page header section the details will appear on every page
