Bellow you'll find the origional article I was working with. I got it to work just as it says. I know its 2 years old, but its all I could find.
My problem is I want to do the same thing, but work for the NOAA weather alerts.
i.e. http://www.nws.noaa.gov/alerts-beta/
I want to be able to pull weather alerts by county.
Problem is, the links in NOAA's RSS feed are weird. It's not working in my DB like CNN. CNN dowloads it all and it works great.
Any ideas?
