Acccess Runtime 2007 Filter Error

I Installed Access runtime 2010 onto 6 computers that were running the app ok in 2007 runtime. We then removed Access 2010 and reinstalled Access runtime 2007. Now when we view a picture box on a form that links to a pic we get this error

Error: [App name] doesn't support the format of the file [path] or file is too large. Try Converting the file to BMP format (2114)


An error with the uninstall: If I reinstall Access runetime 2010 it works fine. The bug is made when you uninstall Access 2010 and put on 2007 again. Unfortunately I have to run 2007 on these computers. Has anyone any ideas?

It could also be a registry setting, I'm not sure which but see if the link helps to resolve your issue and if it doesn't I will further investigate (when I have a spare minute)

put A2010 on, and leave A2007 on the system as well. See if that helps.

decompile and recompile the A2007 version.

Maybe the picture is too big for A2007.
