Hi All

Simple question but i is confused - i have a Access Database that i wish to install onto PC that dont have Access and it has three table one of which is a Switchboard that i want to load when the icon is clicked on the desktop.

Basically what i want to do is to create an EXE of the database but possibly i dont have the right version of access 2000 any clues - as it is now i have to close all the access windows when i start it but i have acccess installed on my PC !!!! is there a work around ????

search the formum and I guarantee that you WILL find the information you're looking for. Search for: 'runtime' or 'stand-alone'OR 'Pat Hartman'. He has written a very clear 'article' about using an access application without Access being installed.
