Access 2000 Runtime to XP

Can anyone tell me why I'm getting an error message when I try to deploy an Access 2000 application with run-time files to an Office XP, Access 2002, machine? It's a very helpful "Disk or Network Error" message that comes up which tells me nothing. The application deploys no problem to an Office 2000 or less machine. I've searched Knowledge Base and can't find anything, probably entering the wrong search words.

What is the Windows environment of the Office XP user?

Is it the same as your Office 2000 user?

Does the user have the rights to write to the drive\path that the database is installed?

I think they are using different environments, Windows XP and Windows 2000. I've set the database to deploy to C:\Program Files.

Does the XP user have the rights to create and write files on their "C:\" Drive (Especially the Directory in which you deployed your database)
