Access 2007 Custom Ribbon

Hi Forum members

I have been using access 2003 and have recently upgraded to access 2007.
Guys am sure this is one of the best microsoft access products ever.

I want to upgrade all the applications I had designed in ms access 2003 and customize them in access 2007.
The only problem is that I can't understand this ribbon customization.
I want maybe a tutorial explaining step by step how to do this.
Also am very new to XML so guys there is my predicament.
Any answer.
