Access 2007 - Printing Problem

I have a form I want to print but I have a couple of problems with it.

When it print and splits onto two pages anything on the second page highlights blue.

Also is there anyway to have a header and footer on all the pages of the form that print.

Forms are designed for entering and editing data. For printing, you should create a report. You'll have a lot more control over it.
