Morning all,

I'm having real fun with Access '07.... not.

I've designed a report that effectively prints a list of bookings based on a user-input date range, grouped by the staff member that's booked to lead. All well and good (did have a minor problem with a multiple value list but sorted that), except that when printed/viewed etc, instead of printing the [Staff Member] field it puts their [ID] field in instead... any ideas what I can do to correct this?

I did try removing the field from the report as it was a text box and re-inserted as a Combo box, but it stopped working altogether and duplicated all the bookings for each staff member, still only printing the ID instead of a name!!!

Thanks in advance, it's giving me a headache!

Solved that problem, but now it's displaying all booked staff repeatedly, and doubling up the booking itself - presumably because it's multiple value fields, it's displaying the whole thing instead of just the individual segments of those fields... HELP!

As you can see, it's reproducing the info twice for each staff member, and not actually separating the staff members. If i leave the staff member field as a text box it gives me individual staff members but by ID instead of name. and it's still doubling up the bookings - both the year group and activities listing for this single booking are two values in multi value fields.
