Hi All,
Can anyone tell me if it is possible for Access 2010 to check the Outlook 2010 calendar of the user running the database to see if a particular date and time are "free" or "available" and for Access 2010 then be able to send a command to put an appointment into that time slot of the users Outlook 2010 calendar, if that date and time slot was available?
I have basically created a booking system, I want the system to put an appointment in the user calendar when they select their particular date/time slot, but only if it is not already booked by something else.
Any help greatly appreciated!
