access 2010 & higher versions - compatibility?

HI Folks,

Cannot purchase access 2010 any more... went to MS tech support and they hung up on me (accidently) but lady didn't know ans anyhow re: access 2016 and compatibility issues.

Can I view a 2010 database in access 2016? Also, has anyone installed Access 2016 with office 2010? :banghead:

Any help appreciated!

can't swear for certain, but I expect that A2016 will not give you any problems.

you can certainly run an A2010 dbs in A2016.

I have both installed with no issue and have opened databases created in 2010 in 2016 with no issues.
