Hi
I'm creating a new database to cover the sales side of our business, similar to the Northwind idea. But I don't want everyone to have access to all the forms and tables, only the ones relevant to their job. Is it possible to secure a database so that on opening each person logs in using a password enabling them only to have access to the forms and tables they need?
I'm fairly new to Access but am learning fast, we've already got a customer database with call reporting up and running, this sales database is our next step. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, it'll save me hours in google searching.
Thanks
V
