Access 97 to SQL Server Form Error (1 Viewer)

After upsizing a linked database to SQL Server, one of the bound forms in the front-end A97 database reports an error when I try to set the filter (DoCmd.Applyfilter) in different form events. This form worked fine when the database was in A97. Any suggestions?
