Access and Coldfusion on single pc/server for website

Hi.
My son's school asked some students to do a website. It was done in Dreamweaver with Coldfusion and has an Access 2002 database, a php Forum, and MySQL.
The school has it physically running from a standalone computer.

What problems do they face as multiple users access it? Speed? Locking up? None?

And do you know of any cheap hosting sites for these specs?
