Access automatically creates tables

Whenever I create a new blank database it creates all the tables as per the attached document. Why does it do this??

When I opened the database you attached I did not see any tables. Are you referring to tables that start with MSys..? If so, those are system tables that Access needs. There is an option to hide these tables.

In Access 2010 you can hide the system tables by going to File-->Options-->Current Database-->Navigation-->Click Navigation Options button then uncheck the Show System Objects check box.
