Access Calculation

I am looking for an Access Function that would give me the unpaid balance of a principal amount at some period in time. For instance, I have a 10,000 loan at 8% for 5 years. The payment amount is 202.76. What is he principal balance after 25 payments? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I would do it in Excel, and embed it in Access if needed there.

Write a chunk of vba which takes the amount of year, percentage and initial amount... Its only a little loop.
