Access Database Disable after some period of time

I just finish a project for a client and they didn't pay me. what a good method that allow them to used the database for 30 days and then disable it in case same situation happens. I just need some mechanism, it close to changing your password every 30 days or something. I know I should have asked for a sign contract. It hard when they are not located in the same city as you are.

I use KeyedAccess from Peters Software. It is inexpensive and works beautifully. It even allows for maintenance renewal charges if you want them.
