Good afternoon,
I have designed an Access database in Access 2007. It works beautifully on my local drive. However, when I send it to another computer without Access (Windows 7 - so has Runtime 2007) it slows down a lot. Opening a report of 9 fields takes up to 5 minutes (and for only 1 or 2 records!), and for a separate form, the dlookup fields (10 in total) are slow as well. The database in total only has at most 30 records right now, with 10 fields per record. I have asked them to save it on their local drive, and still it is much slower than on my computer.
Do you have any idea why this is happening and how it can be corrected? Your help would be greatly appreciated!!!
