Question Access date field to add to Outlook Calendar (1 Viewer)

I am new to access and this website. I searched the forums already, but to no avail. I need access to add all of 4 expiration date fields (for different licenes, certifications, etc.) to my calendar, so that I receive a reminder on my calendar. I really only want the fname, lname field and the different expiration dates to export over.

Any ideas on how to solve the overall problem (monitoring the dates electronically) would be greatly appreciated!

If you post your question in a new thread, there are plenty of people here who can help you with it.
