Access -> HTML + Comments

Hi,
At my office, we currently use MS Access 2000 for all our customer details (using the tables and forms) It would be ideal if we could transfer this db into html. I would like the html to display single records on the page (very similar to form view, but using IE) and also i would like a script so where i could add comments to each record.


Wot would be the best way to do this and wot software would i need.

I have Windows XP Professional (with web server installed)

Use an SQL backend and make a web database using ASP or PHP.


Also, what does "WOT" mean? lol
