Hello, attached is my switchboard menu. Is there any simple way to not allowing anyone to access menu no. 1 " New Items of supplies", Or just to allow User-3. I have the user table with the field "Users".

The switchboard is created from records in the switchboard table. Put criteria into that to restrict whatever access you want.
Pat Hartman has also supplied a switchboard example here which does similar. Search for it, plus look at similar threads, in fact first one there might be hers.

Here's a sample that will do what you need. It uses the Switchboard Items table but with a few extra columns so even if you don't want to use the actual custom switchboard, you can work out how to make the Access Switchboard work with the security by adding the necessary code and using the included maintenance form for the Switchboard Items table.
