Access Lock Down Over-ride

Hi house,
please can someone help me out with my access program?
I have 2 or more system interconnected to one BACK-END file, while the front-end are on each system. But my problem is when 2 or more users are using the same table/query through their respective front-end, the systems report "Another user is using..."
So how do I keep any system from Locking down when 2 or more users are operating the same environment or what is the way out?

If two users happen to be editing the same record at the same time, you will get a message about another user modifying the record with options overwrite the other users edits for example. Since this is what you would normally want to happen I guess you are confronting something else.

I've attached a screen shot of how the default access option are setting up at least in Access 2013. I suggest looking at your front end to see if they are different than this.
