I have this database which I have just managed to get into. However I cannot access any menus. I have tried the shift option when u open Access to get to the menu's, but I still only get a full screen startup form, which when closed will not show me the menus in access. Is this programmed in. I was thinking would it be possible to open the entire thing in Visual Basic (the program), and then I could view all the code modules?? is this possible.
Anyone got any ideas so I can access the menus??

Thanks,

Olie

It sounds to me, like you have an MDB with the Shift Disabled, or you have an MDE file.

If it is an MDB with the Shift Disabled, try importing the Objects into a different MDB. This will allow you to bypass the Startup.

If its an MDE, then you will need to get the Original MDB file it was created from.

As far as opening it in VB, I don't know of any way to do that.
