ACCESS opens on wrong monitor

I have 3 monitors and up until today ACCESS would always open on the screen where I last closed it. now it only open on the right monitor. I have tried several proposed solutions, none of which work. The problem only occurs with ACCESS, all other apps act normally. Anyone else seen this? And fixed it?

No, I don't. I usually Have ACCESS open on the middle screen, and the code window appears on the right screen, and Google is on the left screen. I have never written any code on this PC that selects or moves anything to a different monitor. I just find it odd that the problem only exists with ACCESS.
