I have two reports generated from different data tables
in the same access file
I would like to combine then and produce a new report
from them in this way
The pages from the first report will
be the odd pages of the new report
The pages from the second report will be
the even pages of the new report
If two reports have different total page number
I would like to add blank pages
when the pages of the smallest report finish

Best regards

You can´t combine reports that way as far as i know. Why do you need that after all? Use query to combine data and make one report.

Go one, give us a clue why do you want to do this and what is contained in the tables that means they have to be outputted in such a way.

Hello

I am a monk from a monastery in, Greece
I want to print books for
accounting one time every year

There are two different tables in my database
one for expenses and one for incomings
For one book, i want to put
incomings at even pages(left)
and expences at odd pages (right)
Start with new page for each month.
As expences are more records than incomings records
I add blanck odd pages for the rest of each month

Now I print two different reports in PDF
format. One for incomings and one for expences,
time sorted. Start whith new page for each month.
Then manually rearange the pages
and insert the needed blanck pages for each month
It is time-consuming operation

Thank you.

For a start you did not need to have two tables. Just one transaction was required and a flag to indicate as to whether it was a debit or a credit (income or expenditure) you could then incorperate them into a report by showing two columns one for income and one for expenditure and have a running sum similar to what you see on a bank statement.

Don't know how long you have used this system but it may be worth normalising your tables for future usage.
