Access report problem

Wth a mailing label report Access uses Trim to remove blank address fields.
This does not appear to work in a standard report.
How can this be done?
 
Trim does not remove blank fields. Trim removes SPACES around data.

If you don't want blank fields to show up you can set the Can Shrink property of the control to YES and you also need to set the Can Shrink property of the section it is in to YES. Now it won't shrink if there are labels next to the text boxes as those don't have the ability to shrink.

See if that works for you and if not, post back and we'll dig further.
 
Tried that and it doesn't seem to have made any difference.

Can you upload a screenshot of your report in DESIGN view and one in Report Print Preview?

Saw your post re Can Shrink etc and can confirm does not work as I have same problem and have just posted.

Standard report just prints out and leaves empty line between one part of address and Town i.e

Insulation Components
Whatever Street
Wherever Alley

Sheffield
S1 3NN

Cannot understand this at all.
