Access Runtime.

Once an Access application is completed, is there a runtime that I can distribute together with the application? This is so that I don't have to ask my users to purchase MS Access just to be able to run my application.

Does anyone know of any website where I can get more info on the MS Access runtime? I've not been able to locate such info on the Net.
