To Start i have read extesively all related password protection within the site.
Did not find anything exactly like this.
Have Employee records with the following fields
[Name]
[Department]
The department field is where i indicate Hourly or Salaried
What i would like to do is when ever the Name has a Department of Salary prompt the user for a password to view these records.
So, the form would work like this:
If i look up an Employee with the [name] and [Department] of "Hourly" all records would be visible.
If i look up an Employee with the [Name] and [Department] of "Salary" then password prompt for access to these records.
