Access to Outlook (Body of the email) info

OK guys

I can send emails with attachements - all hunky dory
now i want to step it up a bit


I want to make the body of my email - have the information that my reports would .. (and some simple formatting) -
the number of information fields is quite high
let say 30-40 fields ranging from numbers
ie. refernce number
value fields ( currency values)
text fields and memo fields (not many)
plus some "fixed text "

my basis email looks like = and I don't think i can add any more fields into it (its a bit messy - but the end result does what I want ....) is there a number limit of fields I can add ? -if so is there a better route to take
