Access to Read Barcodes

Hi Folks,

I'm hoping that someone might be able to help, is there a way for Access to read barcodes, I'm hoping there might be some form of functionality available. I tried search the forum, but didn't find what Iwas looking for. I'm using Access 2000.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Folks,

Just to clarify what I'm trying to achieve. I have images that have been produced by a photocopy/printer in PDF format and the images are then sent to my PC electronically.

What I would like to be able to do is to read the barcode that's located on the PDF. Is it possible for Access to read a barcode?

There have been several previous post about barcodes and Access. Try searching the forums and also try googling

Are you saying that the barcode is actually a part of the pdf document? more info needed.
