Access Toolbar

Hi All

One one my Toolbars is not docked and is allowed to float anywhere on the screen.

However, I have 2 computer screen and when I drag and drop the Access database from one screen to another then the toolbar doesnt move with it.

Is there any way which I can get the toolbar to float in the database but also remain within it when I move the Access database around?
