Hi,
I'm trying to setup a section on my web database for a simple support/ticketing system. I'm currently faced with trying to get emails to be sent to a member of staff that a ticket has been assigned to. However I want to be able to assign a ticket to multiple people. I currently only have a field where one person can be selected at a time, from this I can setup a macro to email the person but what I want to be able to do is select multiple people which then will be sent an email to the selected people.
Does anybody know how I could go around doing this?
