Hello

Before i took over at my current job, someone created in access 2003 a interactive webpage. all the page displays is by location of our clinics and who has certfication dates due for various things therapist need to be re-certified.

Most of the users access the page via a sharepoint server and are not located at the corporate office.

At one point this all worked. but im guessing with various upgrades, updates somethign happend. i now have a user getting this message:

microsoft web components could not open the database and then the location

Ive never used that function before, but seems more of a database location issue. Can the workers in the office use it ok? If so, is the database location on a mapped drive? You may need to check that the user with the issue has access to the database location.

and then the location

for example if the location is on drive "P" (a mapped drive in the office) someone at home accessing the webpage would not be able to, unless they set up the mapped drive.
