Access XP & Page Setup problem

Can anyone assure me that the problem experienced with Access 2000 and before regarding Page Setup settings that change has been eliminated in XP?

Before investing in the upgrade from 2000 to XP and in view of the fact that the product reviews claim that there is a paucity improvements, I would like know that at least THIS problem has been solved.

For that matter, what are your thoughts on the advisability of making the upgrade outside of the Page Setup issue?

Page setup is fixed in XP.

I think the decision to upgrade is about features. Given that 2003 is supposed to be launched in June why not wait until the inevitable special offer of buy this upgrade and receive the next one for $50 hits the street.
